Candidates are required to give a clear explanation of how they acquired their knowledge of the languages claimed. In addition, selected candidates may be required to submit evidence of degrees, diplomas, certifications and/or knowledge of languages and/or relevant experience. Basic computer skills, access to a computer, and reliable transportation are also required.
